Position: HDD Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HDD Manager who shall be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and management of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and successful delivery of projects in accordance with technical, regulatory, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and manage all HDD project activities from planning through execution and project close‑out.
• Develop drilling methodologies, execution plans, and construction sequences.
• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure full compliance with QHSE standards, environmental requirements, and marine/offshore regulations.
