We're recruiting for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at one of Greater Manchester's busiest and best-loved restaurants. This is a high-volume operation with real reputation, strong support from ownership and the freedom for the right chef to truly make the role their own.

The restaurant turns over serious numbers, often exceeding 80,000 per week, but the focus has never been on churning covers out at the expense of quality. The team cares deeply about food, consistency, service and creating an atmosphere people remember.
