Our client in Maputo is looking for a Head Chef (French Cuisine Specialist) to join their team within the Hospitality Sector.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all daily kitchen operations;Prepare and develop French cuisine dishes;Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of served dishes;Create and update menus inspired by French gastronomy;Coordinate, train, and supervise the kitchen team;Control food stock and place purchase orders;Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards;Monitor costs, waste, and kitchen profitability; Requirements:
