Head of Capital Markets - Mexico City (Hybrid)

What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Head of Capital Markets to join Clara’s dynamic finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to help scale a best-in-class capital markets function while making significant contributions to Clara’s growth. You’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end structuring of new credit facilities as well as managing existing debt partnerships with BBVA, Covalto, General Catalyst CVF, Goldman Sachs, and the IFC. You will also support investor relations, interfacing with leading local and global venture funds in our cap table. You’ll serve as a critical cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with teams across data, engineering, finance, product, treasury, and risk. You’ll have a small team, but are most excited about augmenting yourself and others with AI.
