Head Of Collections - Night Shift

We are looking for a strategic and tech-savvy Head of Collections to lead our night shift operations in Medellín. In this role, you will drive the collection strategy and manage a high-performing team of 30 agents and 2 Team Leaders. If you have a proven track record in Call Centers, love data analysis, and know how to motivate teams to hit KPIs under pressure, we want you on board!

What you need to bring:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience leading people in Call Center environments (Fintech or BPO experience is a major plus).
• Skills: Mastery of collections KPIs, strong data analysis, and advanced team management skills.
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills to align with stakeholders and coach your team.
• Tech Skills: Highly tech-savvy, comfortable adapting to new software and tools.
• Schedule: 3 am and on (Spanish schedule).
