A reputable rural Bank in the Northern Region seeks suitable persons to occupy the position: Head of Credit

Job Purpose

• Responsible for effective management of the credit portfolio. The jobholder shall oversee and provide leadership in the delivery of quality and timely credit services to clients whilst ensuring maximum outreach, sustainability and compliance with the credit policy, standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements

Reporting Line: The jobholder shall report to the Chief Executive Officer

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Risk Management Agribusiness or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years banking experience, 5 years of which should have been head of credit preferably in a rural bank / 7 years credit management experience on a management grade in any bank
