  What you can expect 
  - text  Develop local digitalisation initiatives and strategy in alignment with overarching Wintershall Dea digital & data strategy. 
 Functional Manager for Data Management and Data Science. 
 Responsible for internal planning, forecasting, implementation, and reporting of relevant workplans and budgets. 
 Responsible for monitoring performance within the BU Norway Data & Digital department and correcting any performance deficiencies. 
 Liaise with suppliers and provide technical support to tenders and contracts as required 
 Provide technical advice and services (data and information management) towards Business Unit Mexico business and activities for all relevant departments and activities. 
 Ensure effective prioritization and balanced allocation of the services provided to the various businesses.
