We are looking for a Head of Engineering who gets things done. Not a whiteboard strategist — someone who digs into how our 40‑person engineering organization actually works, finds what is slowing us down, and fixes it. You will partner with Product on how our teams are structured, how work flows, and how we hold ourselves accountable.
