Job Summary

The Head of Finance plays a strategic leadership role in driving financial excellence for BYD Indonesia Autosales Division. This position oversees end-to-end finance functions, including Accounting, Tax, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Transfer Pricing, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and sustainable business performance.

Beyond operational leadership, the role acts as a key business partner to senior management, supporting decision-making through robust financial insights, performance analysis, and forward-looking planning. Working in close collaboration with BYD HQ Finance and Manufacturing Finance teams, the Head of Finance ensures alignment with global standards while addressing the unique needs of the Indonesian market. This role is critical in supporting BYD’s rapid growth, market expansion, and long-term strategic objectives in Indonesia.
