In this exciting role you will be in key position to implement, manage and develop operational HR processes and lead a team of HR professionals across Finland in providing world class HR support to our growing business. Together with your team you will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as drive harmonised processes, policies, benefits and ways to operate.
