Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's legal strategy.
Ensure compliance with the legal framework in Mexico (tax, corporate and labor legislation).
Advise management on legal matters related to taxes, accounting policies and internal procedures.
Develop and implement internal compliance policies.
Participate in the preparation and approval of contracts with partners and clients.
Collaborate with tax authorities and external advisors.
Assess legal risks and develop strategies to minimize them.
