About the Role
What you'll do:
Deliver Vision: Adapt and execute Dyson’s brand strategy across Mexico and LATAM, driving category and product performance with measurable results.
Team Leadership: Lead a senior marketing team (Category, Insights, Media, Owner Experience) with a constant focus on execution, development, and day-to-day delivery. Actively remove barriers to performance.
Influence & Activate: Persuade and align global and regional partners through expertise, insight, and data-driven recommendations. Guide the localization and deployment of global campaigns for maximum market impact.
Build Partnerships: Integrate Sales, Communications, E-commerce, and Retail, ensuring a unified approach and strong commercial outcomes.
