Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale customer operations processes across multiple clinic accounts in LATAM.
• Build and optimize AI-driven operational workflows and automations to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Develop onboarding systems, health scoring frameworks, customer success playbooks, and operational KPIs.
