Description

Responsibilities:

Analyze and redesign operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Lead warehouse inbound and outbound operations, including pick, pack, ship, and receiving

Manage a 3PL warehouse in US

Oversee customs and cross-border shipping, including documentation, tariffs, and carrier disputes

Hire and lead customer service and order processing staff, along with warehouse leadership

Track KPIs, manage departmental P&L, and negotiate outbound freight rates

Support health and safety initiatives as part of a safety committee
Required Experience:
Proven experience improving and scaling operational systems

Background in distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics

Hands-on experience with customs, cross-border shipping, and tariffs
