Head of Procurement

Position Overview

We are seeking a Head of Procurement to lead, coordinate and develop the Callao Procurement teams, delivering performance, cost savings, and strategic sourcing solutions in alignment with the A.P. Moller–Maersk Group’s global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the maximization of performance alignment and career growth for the Callao Procurement teams through regular performance and career conversations.
• Manage the Callao OPEX spend portfolio and implement global, regional, and terminal procurement strategy across all procurement elements.
• Contribute to the development of the Regional Procurement strategy and plans.
• Guide the team to run complex procurement projects across functions and teams.
• Lead the plan to achieve P&L savings and cost‑improvement programs in the terminal.
