The Role

As GM / Head of Product & Program, you will serve as the founder’s execution partner, translating vision into shipped product, market traction, and measurable outcomes. This is a founder‑track role with full accountability for product, business execution, and growth. You will own the entire product and go‑to‑market lifecycle, from UI and onboarding redesign to biometric coaching features, partnerships, launch strategy, and post‑launch optimization. You will also ensure financial plans, budgets, and forecasts align tightly with the product roadmap. This role operates with high autonomy and minimal day‑to‑day founder involvement. You function as a mini‑CEO, expected to make decisions quickly and deliver results.
