Head of Product Incubation

About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Product to run product incubation end-to-end. This is a founder-level role inside the studio. You will recruit elite Business Leader / Technical Leader pairs, drive presales, oversee GTM launches, and take ventures from Day 0 to $1M ARR within 12 months. You will be fully embedded inside Martell’s incubation system, equipped with distribution (Dan Martell’s network), proven playbooks, and a dedicated support team. Your mandate: incubate one company per month, ensuring each hits F10/F50 milestones on schedule. What You’ll Do
