Financial Accountability: Maintain complete ownership of the business unit's P&L, driving meticulous budget allocation, financial forecasting, and strategic cost-efficiency initiatives.


Brick-and-Mortar Leadership: Oversee day-to-day physical retail networks, driving excellence in boutique operations, visual merchandising, stock flow, and consumer satisfaction.


Digital Commerce Direction: Architect the e-commerce roadmap while cementing flawless online-to-offline (O2O) integration and unified customer journeys.
