Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitor benchmarking within the assigned region to inform strategic decisions. Develop and expand the local distribution network by effectively integrating internal and external resources, including government relations and dealer partnerships. Establish, monitor, and reinforce annual/monthly sales targets; design and implement localized marketing strategies and business policies to enhance channel effectiveness across key metrics such as sales volume, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
