Role Overview

As the Head of Sales, you will be the primary architect of our commercial growth. Your focus will be on securing long-term supply contracts and building a high-performance sales engine.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Tie-ups: Identify and secure High Ticket annual contracts with FMCG giants, E

commerce players, and large-scale plastic converters.

Revenue Optimization: Shift from transactional sales to high-margin, specialized compounding

solutions. Implement value-based pricing rather than commodity-based pricing.
