Serve as the senior sales leader in South Korea, reporting directly to Country General Manager
Define and implement sales plans that support broader regional and global business strategies
Lead and inspire the national sales team, setting clear goals and driving accountability
Strengthen partnerships with key customers and industry stakeholders
Ensure effective sales operations, including pipeline development, forecasting, and performance tracking
Optimize commercial outcomes through strategic pricing and contract negotiations
Champion talent development within the sales function, fostering a high-performance culture
Work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, finance, product, aftersales, and supply chain to ensure alignment and execution
