This role focuses on maximizing the existing IP library and developing a platform-native content business, aimed at driving audience growth and revenue. The successful candidate will devise and implement strategies for revenue generation, manage partnerships, and oversee channel optimization. An understanding of digital monetization models and experience in YouTube channel management are essential. Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000 CAD.
