Coordinating and steering of CHM at the location.
- Initiate, coordinate and execute a systematic, integrated CHM, including evaluation and quality assurance- Leading the local steering committee/health team2.
Communication and marketing of CHM at the location- Organization and implementation of marketing activities regarding CHM and workplace health promotion at the location- Creating an annual health report for the location3.
Providing expertise in the field of CHM for the location- Consulting the location management, ESH management, other managers and other internal functions regarding strategic decisions in CHM and its implementation4.
Assurance of compliance- Implementing the quality criteria of the Luxembourg Declaration- Implementing the internal ESH Standards and the guidelines of CHM5.
Collaboration with internal and external partners in CHM.
