Health & Safety Coordinator - MC2

Position Summary

The Health & Safety Coordinator supports and advances MC2’s occupational health and safety program across maintenance, manufacturing, modification, and support operations. Reporting to the Director of Quality & Safety, the role provides day‑to‑day leadership in regulatory compliance, hazard prevention, and safety culture development across a growing federally regulated aerospace environment.

This role is based primarily in CYKF with periodic travel to YYZ and other company operating locations as required.

Regulatory and Operational Environment

MC2 operates within a federally regulated aerospace environment that includes aircraft maintenance organization activities under CAR 573, manufacturing activities under CAR 561, occupational health and safety obligations under Canada Labour Code Part II, and WHMIS and hazardous materials control requirements.
