Health and Safety Specialist

Reporting directly to the Owner / Lead Consultant, the Health & Safety Specialist will develop programming to ensure clients maintain regulatory compliance and provide support on all Health & Safety initiatives.

Location: Thunder Bay office.

Compensation: CA$60,000.00 – CA$80,000.00 per year.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and provide guidance on all Health & Safety policies and programs.
• Conduct field visits and site inspections.
• Coordinate and conduct employee training, including new hire orientation and Health Safety regulations.
• Create and implement Health & Safety Continuous Improvement plans for clients.
• Support disability claims management and Early Return to Work programs.
• Participate in and support inspection and audit processes ensuring regulatory compliance.
