Description
The Front Desk Analyst will be the first point of contact for patients of our healthcare client. In this role, you will manage appointment scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks critical to the daily operations of our client. The ideal candidate has experience in a healthcare environment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-focused approach to delivering care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling & Management : Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling, proper documentation, and timely adjustments as needed.
- Meeting Coordination & Reminders : Arrange and manage meetings between healthcare providers and patients, including setting up recurrent appointments and sending reminders for follow-up visits and consultations.
