An exciting opportunity has arisen within Ward 44, planned Care for a Health Care Support Worker. Ward 44 is a 30‑bed combined unit consisting of Gastroenterology and Colorectal surgical specialties. You will be joining a well‑motivated and dynamic multi‑disciplinary team that strives to deliver the highest level of care and benefit patients throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Work different shift patterns over a seven‑day week.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including patient manual handling.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and team members, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.
• Participate in training and development as required.
