Job Description Summary

Mechanic - Level 3

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment to minimize downtime. Work on a fleet that includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil & gas equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 5+ years of technician experience with diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment, or specialty lines (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas). Strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• May need to provide tools of the trade.
