The Nuna Group of Companies is now recruiting for a Heavy Equipment Operator Program Developer . Nuna is the largest Inuit-owned heavy civil construction, earthworks and mine construction contractor in Canada.

The Heavy Equipment Operator Program Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting a comprehensive heavy equipment operator training program in alignment with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This role leads the development of structured, competency-based curricula for students and operators, covering classroom learning, simulator training, and hands-on field experience.
