OEM Technical Service Specialist - Construction and Agricultural Equipment

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide dealer service staff and internal staff with technical information and product support ( Agricultural, Construction and Compact equipment)
• Provide Dealer and Customer support for hydraulic and electrical systems, gas and diesel engines, transmission systems.
• Provide technical support and advice to dealer technicians, field staff and internal staff by way of phone, email, Dealer Link, and training seminars
• Maintain Dealer Link system and internal database with the most recent and accurate information received from factories and local vendors
• Issue service bulletins, field campaigns, technical tips, and technical service Reports
• Assist with management of warranty claim processing and adjudication from dealer submission to resolution as required
