SERVICIOS ADMINISTRADOS DE TI busca especialistas en Helpdesk bilingües (Español e Inglés) y trilingües (Español, Inglés, Portugués). Las responsabilidades incluyen ser el primer contacto para soporte técnico, registrar incidentes y proporcionar apoyo en hardware y software. 
Se requiere de 1 a 3 años de experiencia y un buen nivel de inglés, con trabajo 100% presencial en las oficinas de Miguel Laurent. Ofrecen un horario de 8:00 AM a 6:00 PM, con posibilidad de atender diferentes zonas horarias.
