This role focuses on supporting the development and evaluation of hematology processes and instrumentation. You'll collaborate extensively with various stakeholders to provide guidance on methodologies, manage quality assurance efforts, and support ongoing training. Evaluate performance metrics and assist with project plans within the clinical laboratory setting.
