High School Indigenous Student Support Facilitator

St. Albert Public Schools is currently recruiting a Part Time, Probationary Teacher for a work assignment as a High School Indigenous Student Support Facilitator at Bellerose Composite High School for the upcoming 2026/27 school year.

FTE: 0.57 FTE; Probationary

Start Date: August 26, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Teaching Aboriginal Studies 10/20 and Aboriginal Studies 30
• Indigenous Student Support Facilitator
• Leading staff learning and school events

Qualifications and Attributes

• A valid Alberta Teaching Certificate is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and works well as a team player
• Connection to Indigenous culture and relationships with community is an asset
• High school teaching experience is an asset
