Key Responsibilities: • Ensure SerDes compliance with IEEE and OIF standards • Partner with design engineers to optimize performance • Perform stress tests on high-speed SERDES • Conduct detailed analyses of SerDes functionality • Validate new ASIC and module bring-ups
