This individual will handle large candidate pipelines, conduct many interviews daily, and ensure a seamless hiring process for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The role demands success in a fast‑paced environment while recruiting across diverse and customized positions—including technical, healthcare, operations, and other specialized roles—maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
