What you’ll do:
The Home Centre Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
To be responsible for the management, maintenance, and security of the store location and property while providing operational direction and oversight in the implementation of programs and policies.To oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, image standards, safety, and asset protection within the Hardware and Lumber Departments.To be responsible to prepare, administering, and achieving budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity.To provide leadership to the team, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training and development of team members.
