What you’ll do:

The Home Centre Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.

• To be responsible for the management, maintenance, and security of the store location and property while providing operational direction and oversight in the implementation of programs and policies.
• To oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, image standards, safety, and asset protection within the Hardware and Lumber Departments.
