Prairie Co-op is hiring a Home Centre Manager for their store in Melville, SK.
What you’ll do:
The Home Centre Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
- To be responsible for the management, maintenance, and security of the store location and property while providing operational direction and oversight in the implementation of programs and policies.
- To oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, image standards, safety, and asset protection within the Hardware and Lumber Departments.
- To be responsible to prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity.
