Lead the Homeward Bound program by providing mentorship and support to frontline staff. Ensure participants receive compassionate, client-focused aid prioritizing housing stability and wellness.
This role requires a strong leader with a degree in Human Services or related fields, having at least two years in a supervisory position and three years of experience in a team environment. You will design and evaluate program components, advocate for participants, and maintain strong community partnerships.
