Burtch Animal Hospital in Kelowna, BC is looking for a Hospital Manager who’s passionate about team culture, operational excellence, and delivering standout client and patient care. We welcome applications from RVTs or Veterinary Assistants who are interested in stepping into management while still spending time working alongside the team on the clinic floor.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Managing DVM to lead day‑to‑day operations and shape a thriving, high‑performing clinic environment. You’ll help us drive results, develop your team, and engage every client interaction with empathy and clarity.
