What You’ll Do
As a key boardroom ambassador, you will be involved in a wide variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Setting up and tear down of all catering requirements, including furniture to all meeting rooms in a timely manner, ensuring meeting rooms are set up and prepared according to standard, including working with IT and Facilities team membersProviding guests with excellent, professional and prompt serviceAbility to serve both daily catering and onsite events independently at a high level with some supervisionMaintaining an ongoing knowledge of dietary restrictionsMaintaining general tidiness of all meeting rooms, staff lounge and hallways in the Client CentreAssisting with stocking beverage fridges with inventory to ensure readinessEnsuring that all meetings and requests in the Meeting Workspace Booking System are monitored and fulfilled on a ...
