Description
The CLUBHAUS Boutique Hotel ( is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive administrative assistant to support the general manager across a diverse portfolio of hotel offerings including hotel services, restaurant operations, limousine services, and a busy in-house concierge service. This position will be part-time (21H/week) or full-time (36H+) depending on the applicant's skillset.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends administrative coordination with operational support. It is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and taking initiative. Responsibilities range from desk-based and clerical tasks to on-site property maintenance, inspections, errands, and inventory management.
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required, as the role involves completing weekly errands.
