This position is focused on maximizing revenue across multiple properties in Montreal. Collaborating with hotel teams, you will assess performance data and market trends to craft tailored strategies for occupancy and revenue growth. You will also oversee the integrity of revenue systems and train teams on effective revenue practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop revenue strategies including pricing and inventory management
• Analyze hotel performance and market demand to inform decisions
• Review and interpret booking pace and competitor reports
• Ensure consistency across pricing and promotions in all systems
• Collaborate with Sales to boost direct bookings
