このアセットマネジメント - アソシエイトのポジションは、JLLのホテル＆ホスピタリティグループにおいて、ホテルポートフォリオの財務・運営報告を主導する役割です。主にP&L、キャッシュフロー、予算などの定期的な業績報告書の作成、BIツールを使ったデータ分析、市場調査、ベンチマーク分析を担当します。求められるのは不動産・ホテル・金融関連の学歴、高度なExcelスキル、財務分析能力、日本語と英会話能力、そしてホスピタリティまたはアセットマネジメントでの3年以上の経験です。バイスプレジデント/シニアバイスプレジデントに報告し、オーナーやホテル経営陣と連携しながら、資産価値の最大化を目指す重要なポジションです。
