Housing, Conference & Events Supervisor

The Housing, Conference & Events Supervisor is responsible for the planning and day-to-day management of Housing facilities for students, and conference and event services for the University community and external groups. This includes managing all aspects of campus event bookings and summer conferences including fulfilling contract obligations, hiring and training student assistants, planning and execution of one-stop-shop services for small and large conferences and events, and ensuring exceptional customer service to students, staff, faculty, and guests. The incumbent provides day to day operational guidance and addresses matters escalated to them by the Coordinator, Events & Summer Camps and the Housing & Conferences Assistant.
