The HR Advisor will provide support to the HRBP Lead, Talent Management Manager, and Comp & Benefits Manager contributing to a wide range of activities, in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
- HR & Systems Operations
- HRIS Focal Point: Act as the primary user for HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP, Intranet), managing transactional updates and data integrity.
- Data & Analytics: Maintain HR dashboards; compile and analyze payroll/headcount data using spreadsheet tools to identify trends like absenteeism.
