HR Advisor Consultant – Bilingual French Canadian – Canada (Virtual)

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a French-Canadian-speaking HR Advisor to support a global Fortune 500 client that is a leader in the financial software industry. The HR Advisor will provide Tier 1 HR Generalist support to employees across North America.

This is a long-term, W-2 contract opportunity with no defined end date and is fully remote, allowing you to work from your home office. Candidates must be able to work PST or CST hours and be fluent in French Canadian.

Essential Functions:

• Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR’s services and offerings, with exceptional quality, including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc.
