HR Analyst (Benefits Data Management)

Roquette is a family-owned global leader in plant-based ingredients and a leading provider of pharmaceutical excipients.

The role: Our Benefits team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to focus on invoice processing and maintaining seamless data management operations across multiple platforms between Payroll and Benefits. This is a fixed-term position based in Queretaro, MX through June 30, 2027. The expected compensation will be ~25,000 MXN/month.

• Maintain high standards of data quality between internal systems and external vendor platforms to guarantee seamless benefit delivery and compliance.
• Ensure all benefits data related to new hires, job changes and terminations is updated in payroll.
