Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm
What You’ll Be Doing:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from job postings to onboarding
- Partner with managers to identify hiring needs and build strong teams
- Develop competitive compensation strategies
Employee Relations & Performance
- Coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development
- Support performance reviews, attendance management, and improvement plans
