Your hands-on approach to HR operations, from onboarding to compliance, will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first contact for employee inquiries
• Guide managers through employee relations issues
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and surveys
• Support HR documentation and record maintenance
• Maintain compliance with company policies and local laws
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience
• Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
