Elevate HR practices as an HR Business Partner in Leduc, working on-site to support multiple municipality locations. Be a strategic advisor, enhancing employee relations and experience while navigating complex HR matters.
In this role, you will partner closely with Directors and Managers in a multi-site portfolio, providing HR insights to inform business decisions. You will tackle employee relations, workforce planning, and design impactful HR programs within both unionized and non-union environments.
